Our telephone policies are meant to allow us to care for our patients with a minimum of interruptions to the physicians.  Because we are surgeons we are often unable to take your calls right away since we may be in surgery. Emergency calls will be handled immediately, however, if we are busy seeing patients, less urgent calls may be returned at a time when the physician is not as busy.  We do try to return our calls promptly, but occasionally there may be a delay.
